Our experience finding a new place in Bangkok was great. The agent (Song) tailored the search even as we kept changing our preferences. He was able to accommodate and provided us with great options that matched exactly what we wanted. He was very proactive and looked after our interests all the time. He has excellent English which made communication very smooth between us and the owner. The process of securing the place, legal details, documents, etc was very clear and he was very responsive when we asked for help. Overall a very positive experience. I got to this agent because a friend of mine recommended him for all these reasons so I know he is consistently good at his job.
