I would like to give my feedback on Bangkok Residential and in particular the manager Jane. I have tried to communicate with many real estate companies and managers directly. Usually they either didn’t respond to me at all or had a sluggish correspondence that didn’t lead to any development. Bangkok Residential offered several suitable options and arranged a showing the very next day.
Jane is an attentive professional who provided comprehensive information about each property, telling us the pros and cons of each.
During the execution of the contract, she took into account all our wishes and ensured that they were met by the representatives of the accommodation facility.
Jane continued to patiently answer all our questions and provide information support even after the contract was finalized. She did not lose interest in us as soon as the contract was finalized, as is usually the case.
